WHO AM I ?

I am “DO the things until you GET IT DONE” kind of personality when it comes to challenges. I have one of those characteristics, who does not wait for others to solve their problems. As I have grown up with this mindset, now it is my part of life and interest, to work and help others on both professional and personal levels.

Indian history and culture have been one of my deep interest subjects from the time of school. That’s why in my spare time I choose to read books related to great leaders and rulers of India, especially I have deep faith in Maharana Pratap, so I have created a mobile app with his history while I was working as an employee. I am happy to announce, it is on the number 1 position still in 2020 with 40,000+ downloads.

In the process of working with peoples and community organizations I realize the people skills and leadership skills which are most important and I am a superb fan of great leaders. The leaders who have turned all the problems into great opportunities.

I am enthusiastic about learning new trends in digital technologies. To give my interest a curve of knowledge and experience I explored it in deep manners. In the way of exploration, I honored the title of “HubSpot certified inbound and Facebook certified marketer”.

My Journey

1990

Born and brought up in Ahmedabad (Hu Pakko Amdavadi 😊)

2007

I joined my bachelor's in IT engineering from HGCE college at Gujarat University. I was the first person to join a graduate program in my family, so you can understand the feelings of my family members. Dad was like "Ab isko naukri aur chhokri mil jayegi 😆"

2011

I joined an MBA Marketing course just to avoid a job for at least 2 years. That became a game-changing event for me because, during the course, I realize that I have a passion for marketing and sales.

2013

Start of my career. I started my first job as BDE in IndiaNIC, under the mentorship of Mr. Nitin Padharia. I learned all the insights to work in sales. From my first day in the job, till today I am learning from him in sales and marketing.

2018

Started BDM-IT Meetup Group - After working with multiple IT agencies during the time from my first job to 2018, I realized the problems that business developers face in the daily work routine. To engage with their problems & share the knowledge, I decided to organize a Meetup for the sales and business developer community in Ahmedabad. Within a short time, it became a groundbreaking event and I am happy to announce we grew from 5 people to 300+ people till now & still growing.

2018

I started my own IT service agency Appsrow Solution with the vision to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

2019

Got the opportunity to speak as the keynote speaker for Nasik IT association (NITA)

2019

I took new responsibility to help my society people and become the youngest chairman of Manmandir Society.

One new family member is added, and I become a father. Blessed with baby boy Aryarajsingh

To address pains of business development and sales people, I designed a solution, BD & Sales course for IT professionals to upgrade and sharpen their skills. "You can’t scale without sales" with this mission I have trained 40+ Startup Owners, BDE, and Freelancers.

Launching www.sandeepsisodiya.com to accomplish my mission of empowering 10000+ people in sales and business development.

2022

Organized IT Sales Conference for IT Sales professional in Gujarat. Attended by 200+ professionals and supported by Government of Gujarat Department of Science and Technology.

WHAT NEXT I WANT TO DO?

I am working with a mission to empower 10000+ people until 2025, so together we can scale and achieve new milestones for our nation. With this mission, I want to reach my ultimate goal, which is to contribute to our county. Without sales and BD skills, we can't create and showcase great products that can be used by other countries. (📢 Vocal for local)
